We help file naturalization/citizenship applications including fee waivers for USCIS fees if eligible. If you have had your legal permanent residency for 5 years you may be eligible to apply. If you have been married to and living with your United States citizen spouse for 3 years you may qualify to apply after 3 years of having your legal permanent residency.

We help file applications for adjustment of status and applications for fee waivers for USCIS fees if eligible. We offer consultations for the following types of adjustment cases:

• Refugees and asylees who are living in the United States with that approved status.
• U Visa nonimmigrant holders that have lived in the United States for three years with that status.

We can file relative petitions to help unite and keep families in the United States. United States citizens are eligible to file a relative petition for their spouse, children, parents, or siblings. Legal permanent residents are eligible to file a relative petition for their spouse and unmarried children.
